Body Shaming & Body Positivity
Too fat, too skinny, too short, too tall, too anything.' There's a sense that we're all 'too' something, and we're all not enough. This is life. Our bodies change. Our minds change. Our hearts change." —Emma Stone
Don’t let your mind bully your body.” — June Tomaso Wood
Don’t waste so much time thinking about how much you weigh. There is no more mind-numbing, boring, idiotic, self-destructive diversion from the fun of living.” — Meryl Streep
Every one is born with a unique frame
On which the clay gets molded over life time
Several factors in and out of our control
shape of our body do they define.

This body is just a vehicle
There is no standard of conformance
Just used to travel through this life
More than looks focus is on performance.

Beauty is matter of mind over matter
and perception of looks are subjective
Creation is based on fundamentals of variation
and external looks can be deceptive.
The nature of human is to criticize
and an obsession to compare
let not get shamming get under your skin
let it be your choice to mend and repair.
There is no body without a flaw
Its your choice to accept any deviation
What lies within you matters the most
Body needs your acceptance & appreciation.
So give a deaf ear to what they say
Give a damn to what others think
What matters is to feel good with what you have
As the most perfect body shall decay and stink.
Respond to shamming with positivity
let the body serve the purpose for it is born
Every flower has a different fragrance
Different is the purpose of every thorn .
Vasant Khisty
Every aspect of this creation is based on diversity, and every thing created is beautiful.
We compare our bodies to certain aspects of relative beauty but then there are flaws of different kind which don't get noticed. We all are unique with aspects in and out of our control. We need to accept what is not in control and it has to be our and only our choice to acknowledge any scope of improvement against our own standards.
