Beggar of love
A man with a empty bowl need not be a beggar, He might be a giver who has given himself completely...Vasant Khisty
And I stood in the market with two bowls
One filled with love ready to share
One empty for seeking some love
Finally I stand empty handed without care.
Often many people came bye
And they took their share of dip
Here I stand alone with a empty bowl
Starving for just one sip.
Don't misunderstand a beggar at your door
he may be a saint in disguise
Just testing you for your humility
He can be recognized only by men wise.
I am not a beggar but a seeker of love
But I see you have nothing much to give
As you shoo me away from your door
I shall smile, bless you and forgive.
Vasant Khisty
Not every man with a empty bowl is a beggar. He may be a a giver who has given every thing he had and who gave himself to this greedy world.
